Session retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your booking agreement. If you need to reschedule your session, please refer to your signed contract for the applicable rescheduling policy. Missed appointments, late arrivals, or unpaid balances may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your session.

4. Payments

All session fees and product purchases are subject to applicable taxes. Payment plans may be available and must be completed according to the agreed schedule.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes.

SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS communications are never shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

All photographs created by Trang Tran Studios LLC remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Image usage is governed by your signed photography agreement and any applicable model release. Images will never be publicly shared without your permission unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Trang Tran Studios LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of this website, carrier delivery failures, technical issues beyond our control, weather, illness, emergencies, or other events that prevent the completion or delivery of services.

9. Age Requirement

Boudoir photography services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By booking a boudoir session, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
